I played tennis competitively since I was ten years old, and I was once ranked in Texas through United States Tennis Association tournaments. Tennis is my favorite sport to play and watch, and my favorite pros include Maria Sharapova and fellow Austinite Andy Roddick (pictured). I played varsity tennis in high school, and played recreationally with the UT Club Tennis team.
In 2015, I went on a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Europe, and I fell in love with exploring new cities. Along with 40 other recent graduates, I traveled to 9 countries and 19 cities in only 24 days. It was the trip of a lifetime, and I can only hope I will be able to return sometime in the future. I also had the wonderful opportunity to study abroad in Scotland while in undergrad. I was able to visit both the Highlands, which were rich with history (and the Loch Ness Monster), while also staying in the beautiful city of Edinburgh.

Although tennis is my favorite, I also love just about every other sport. I enjoy college football, and am excited to cheer on the Longhorns every fall. When it comes to pro baseball I cheer for the Rangers and Red Sox; I root for Adam Scott during the big golf tournaments (who I saw play at the British Open); and the Colorado Avalanche is the team I watch during hockey season. If I am not playing a sport, I am usually watching one.
